Alec Baldwin and Family join forces with The LIHB in the fight against Breast Cancer for the 9^TH Annual 2019 Long Island Hospitality Ball. For the 5th year we are benefiting the Carol M. Baldwin Breast Cancer Research Fund at the Crest Hollow Country Club, June 24, 2019.

Carol M. Baldwin Breast Cancer Research Fund has awarded close to 100 research grants totaling in excess of $5 million to medical research. 90% of all donations go directly towards funding research.

2017 Long Island Hospitality Ball

The Long Island Hospitality Ball showed off its hospitality talents at the Crest Hollow Country Club in Woodbury, NY by showcasing offerings from the region’s top restaurants, wine and  spirit brands, nightclubs and entertainers, as well as hotels and catering halls. In addition to being the “hottest” party on Long Island, the LIHB raised funds for the Carol M. Baldwin Breast Cancer Research Fund, Inc.  Learn more about the fund at www.findacure.org.

7th Annual Holiday Spirits Bazaar

A great time was had by all on Saturday, November 19 at the 7th Annual Holiday Spirits Bazaar! Guests sipped their way through an unlimited array of holiday cocktails and punches made by some of NYC’s best bartenders, each competing for the top title in a friendly Punch-Off. Using text-to-vote technology, the crowd picked a People’s Choice winner for the ultimate bragging rights.

Hosted by The Dizzy Fizz, this year the spectacular bash was held at Astor Center (339 Lafayette Street, New York, NY 10003), transforming the modern industrial venue into a cozy, woodland scene. This year, the merry-making was spread over two rooms—a Winter Whiskey Tavern and a Sparkling Spirited Parlor.

Caribbean Media Marketplace

The Caribbean Tourism Organization provided the media with an opportunity to meet with representatives of Caribbean destinations, hotels and tourism industry suppliers at the Caribbean Media Marketplace held on June 2, 2016 at the New York Marriott Marquis.

The attendees enjoyed meeting representatives from the Cayman Islands, Jamaica, Martinique, Paradise Island, Trinidad & Tobago and many more Caribbean destinations. Guests were also treated to a taste of the Caribbean by Melvin Myers, Executive Chef and Fruit Sculptor.

Cochon 555 – Miami – April 3, 2016

Chefs and foodies alike had a fantastic time at Cochon 555 in Miami sampling dishes from 5 of the greatest chefs in Miami. This year’s competing chefs included Anthony LePape of Ritz-Carlton South Beach – Official Host and Hotel, Xavier Torres of Drunken Dragon, Alex Chang of Vagabond, Michael Fiorello of Beachcraft and Diego Oka of La Mar by Gastón Acurio. The chefs prepared show-stopping dishes using whole heritage-breed pigs from family farms in a head to tail showcase for a crowd of pork-loving gourmands. Chef Diego won the event with a Large Black breed of pig raised by Maverick Meats/FKS Farms.

Cochon 555 – Miami – April 3, 2016

Don’t miss North America’s most talked about culinary competition when it returns to Miami on April 3 with a one-of-a-kind stand-up tasting reception featuring five chefs cooking five heritage breed pigs in a friendly competition for a cause.
